ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29(i) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Crime No.1554 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.During the time of occurrence, the petitioner was found in possession of 5 kgs of ganja. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
