ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed on the ground that harassment has been made on the petitioner on the complaint given by a third party dated 20.10.2021 which is also enquired in C.S.R.No.403 of 2022.
2. Already for a similar relief, the petitioner has filed Crl.O.P(MD)No. 1625 of 2023, therein a direction was also issued to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of that direction, the second respondent has been issuing summons to the petitioner continuously. The C.S.R.No.403 of 2022 is still kept pending without conclusion.
3. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner would submit that he is only a signatory to the disputed document and he is no way connected with the issue of the complaint. It is also seen that he signed as witness.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
