Notice to the proposed respondents in this writ miscellaneous petition has been duly served, except for the proposed seventh respondent. Notice sent to him has been returned with an endorsement "deceased. Since the writ petition pertains to employment, there is no necessity for the petitioner to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased seventh respondent. A Memo to that effect has also been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court on 07.10.2025. The same is placed on record.

2. Since the proposed respondents have been duly served with notice in this writ miscellaneous petition and the remaining respondents, who are represented by the respective learned counsels, have also stated no objection for allowing this writ miscellaneous petition, this writ miscellaneous

petition seeking to implead the proposed respondents as party respondents in the main writ petition is allowed as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the impleadment in the main writ petition accordingly.
