ORDER
This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.3174 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.305 of 2025, dated 02.04.2025 by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to appear and sign before the trial Court, Sivagangai and the petitioner has given an undertaking that he will not cause any threat to the defacto complainant.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed on him by this Court regularly and also taking into consideration of the reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the undertaking given by him, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to certain extent.
5. Accordingly, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court on 02.04.2025 is modified as under:
(i)The petitioner shall appear and sign before the trial Court, Sivagangai, twice 2/4
in a month i.e., on 1st and 15th day of every English calendar month, till the disposal of the appeal.
(ii)The petitioner shall not have any contact whatsoever with the defacto complainant, either directly or indirectly, so as to avoid causing further tension or aggravation.
