Respondent Prayer : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Principal Sub Court, Pudukkottai to dispose the HMOP No.145 of 2018 in a strict manner within a stipulated time as directed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Guhan

ORDER

The petitioner filed HMOP No.145 of 2018 before the Principal Sub Court, Pudukkottai. He seeks an early disposal of the said HMOP. This court is not aware of the workload of the said court. Therefore, in any event, a O.P that is of recent vintage cannot be disposed of by overlooking the petitions that have been filed earlier.

2.However, taking note of the facts of this case, a direction is given to the Principal Sub Judge, Pudukkottai to dispose of HMOP No.145 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It does not mean that the court below cannot dispose of the said case at an earlier date. But, that would be subject to its workload. 3.Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
