This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to take proper legal action against the 3rd respondent and also to give suitable Police protection to the petitioner on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.07.2022.
2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Today there is no representation for the petitioner. 4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent conducted enquiry. During enquiry the petitioner, one selvam and Amirtham participated and they agreed not to create any problem in future, hence the petition was closed. 2/4
