This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2016 and to survey the property in Survey No.30/1D situated at Thulukkapatti Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The petitioner filed an application before the second respondent/Tahsildar, to survey her property in Survey No. 30/1D situated at Thulukkapatti Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District on 17.08.2016 and also, she paid necessary fees. Since no steps were taken by the second respondent, the petitioner gave representation to the respondents dated 23.09.2016. But, her representation was not considered so far. Hence, the petitioner has filed the Writ petition.
5. In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the petitioner and other neighbouring land owners.
6. With the above directions, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
