ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order of dismissal that has been passed by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.364 of 2022. 2.The case in Crime No.169 of 2022 was registered for the offence 1/4

punishable under Section 4(1)(a) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, against one Kanagaraj, who is stated to be the son of this petitioner. 3.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the petition that was filed by the petitioner seeking return of vehicle was dismissed on the ground that confiscation proceedings is going to be initiated against the vehicle. But it is further submitted that so far no such steps have been taken. Even though the final report has been filed, the property is also not produced before the concerned Court. Let the property be produced before the concerned Court and after producing the property, the petitioner can revive his application before the concerned Court. At that time, the respondent is at liberty to make their objection. 4.With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
