O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for grant of patta in respect of the property, where he resides which was classified as Natham Poramboke. He has given a representation dated 14.01.2016 seeking for the said relief.

2. Therefore, it is for the respondents more particularly, the second respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. This Court at this stage is not expressing view on the claim made by the petitioner. However, as the petitioner made a representation dated 14.01.2016, I direct the second respondent to consider the said representation and pass orders on the same on mertis and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible in any event within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
