ORDER
This Writ of Mandamus has been filed to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 25.05.2016 and 27.09.2016 respectively, made by the petitioner to transfer him from Ooty to Trichy District or Trichy City in any other non sensitive post on medical grounds.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that he is suffering from ''Guillain Barre Syndrome'' and he was taking treatment at Geethanjali Hospital, Trichy, for the period from 29.09.2015 to 08.10.2015 as inpatient and thereafter, he is taking treatment as outpatient; he is also taking Physiotherapy treatment at Trichy and there is a barrier to wear uniform also; hence, he made representations dated 25.05.2016 and 27.09.2016 respectively, for transfer from Ooty to Trichy; that representations have not been considered and therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the 2nd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 25.05.2016 and 27.09.2016 respectively, in the light of the health problems suffered by the petitioner and to pass orders. 4.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 25.05.2016 and 27.09.2016 sympathetically, in the light of the health issues suffered by the petitioner and to pass appropriate order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
