This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and to Arulmigu Mariamman Kovil situated at Alakarai Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of petitioners representation dated 25.07.2022 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2022 was received by the respondent police and it is under enquiry.
4.In view of the above, the third respondent police is directed consider the representation of petitioner dated 25.07..2022 and give protection to the temple.
