Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in relation to impugned order in Na.Ka.No.A1/4691/2021 dated 19.06.2023 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same and further direct the third respondent to reinstate the Petitioner at TASMAC Shop No.4825. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is a TASMAC employee. By the impugned order dated 19.06.2023, he has been levied with fine of Rs.11,800/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred only). The petitioner seeks a week time to pay the said amount. Upon remittance of the said amount, the third respondent shall submit a proposal to the first respondent immediately thereafter for reinstating the petitioner. The first respondent shall pass an appropriate order within a period of two weeks thereafter.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
