ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to execute the NBW issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, FTC at ML, Madurai, in S.T.C.No.565 of 2015, dated 03.02.2018, against the third respondent herein.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent is facing trial in S.T.C.No.565 of 2015 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai. Because of the non-appearance of the petitioner, the learned Magistrate, issued Non-Bailable Warrant on 03.02.2018 against the third respondent and the same was not executed by the Law Enforcing Agency and the same is still pending. Hence, he filed this petition with the above said prayer.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, FTC at ML, Madurai, in S.T.C.No.565 of 2015, dated 03.02.2018 against the third respondent within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
