Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent CEO to re-deploy the petitioner as physical Education Teacher from the sixth respondent school to the fifth respondent Rajah Higher Secondary School, Ramanathapuram in the Vacancy aroused due to the retirement of V.S.Ramesh Babu by considering petitioners representation dated 16.05.2025.

The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the third respondent to redeploy the petitioner as a Physical Education Teacher from the sixth respondent school to the fifth respondent, Rajah Higher Secondary School, Ramanathapuram, in the vacancy that arose 2/6
due to the retirement of V.S. Ramesh Babu, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner, who is working as a Physical Education Teacher in the sixth respondent School had given a representation dated 16.05.2025 to the third respondent for redeployment in accordance with the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.146, School Education Department, dated 28.06.2024. Since the representation has not yet been considered, she has come up with the present petition.
4. Since the above Government Order permits deployment in case of available vacancy, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.05.2025 in the light of the said Government Order and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
