ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

2. The petitioner wants the petition mentioned document to be annulled. As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Government Pleader, annulment by the authority is not possible. However, if the document is fraudulent, an entry can be made to that effect in the index. The petitioner has given a representation on 20.12.2021 following by reminder on 31.05.2021. The first respondent is directed to enquire into the said representation and pass final order after putting the interested persons on notice. The first respondent shall pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to pass order one way or other. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open.
