ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in judicial custody since 22.09.2018, for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(2) of IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.405 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution that on 13.09.2018 during the procession of Vinayagar idols, the petitioners and others unlawfully assembled and committed rioting and caused damages. 4.The learned counsel counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the innocent persons and has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners unlawfully assembled and committed rioting and caused damages.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of incarceration, this Court inclined to grant bail to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- each into the crime number before the trial Court. On such deposit, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following other conditions:
(i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai.
(ii)the petitioners shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks.
