ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in respect of Crime No.324 of 2020 dated 26.09.2020 and to file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.324 of 2020, which was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 506(i) of IPC r/w. Section 4 of TNPWH Act, 2002. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after a lapse of one year, investigation is not yet completed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) for the respondent submitted that the the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor on 26.10.2020 and it has not been taken on file so far.

4.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this criminal original petition is disposed of as infructuous.
