Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the tender notification made by the sixth respondent for collection of tax from the weekly market for the year 10.07.2023 to 30.06.2024, which was published in the daily newspaper and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the sixth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2023.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition as against the tender notification issued by the sixth respondent for collection of tax from the weekly market for the year 10.07.2023 to 30.06.2024. 2/5

2.The proceedings under challenge in this writ petition is only a tender notification issued by a private trust for collection of tax from the weekly market in Kalayarkovil and the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition cannot be entertained by this Court. It is upto the petitioner to raise this issue before the concerned officials. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed in the admission stage itself. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
