2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam, and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.84 of 2024. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if they are having any grounds.
