Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.5670 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2915 of 2022 dated 29.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and also submitted that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court.

CRL MP(MD) No.8989 of 2022 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.5670 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2915 of 2021 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
