ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to provide the petitioner's monthly salary every month. 2.The grievances of the petitioner is that she is working in the 4th respondent Panchayat as Sweeper and her monthly salary has not been paid from May 2015.All the steps taken by her, seeking salary, ended in vain. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader produced a communication in Na.Ka. No.544/2019/Thi4, dated 12.02.2019, wherein,
it has been specifically stated that the petitioner was paid with salary from 25.10.2016.
4.Admittedly, the claim of the petitioner seeking salary from May 2015 has not been considered. In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
