Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants survey and demarcation to be done in respect of the petition mentioned property.

3. The learned Government Advocate states that the property belonged to the petitioner's mother. She is no more. There does not appear to be any objection. It is further stated that survey and demarcation will be done within a period of eight weeks.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
