This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order of the second respondent passed in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.2641/2008/A6, dated 03.09.2016 and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the impugned order passed by the second respondent has already been revoked.
