ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of petitioner's complaint dated 28.03.2023 and its connected C.S.R.No.278 of 2023 on the file of the third respondent herein to the second respondent herein or any other investigation officer not less than cadre of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Trichy District in the light of his representation dated 09.05.2023 for free and fair investigation within a stipulated period as may by fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is going on in C.S.R.No.278 of 2023 in a proper manner.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstance of this case, this Court directs the third respondent to enquire the parties by issuing summons to the petitioner as well as the counter parties within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon 2/4

the out come of the enquiry, further action may be taken either by the respondent police or by the parties, if so aggrieved. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
