This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to conduct enquiry upon the complaint sent by the petitioner dated 27.05.2019 in accordance with the Section 182 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983.
2.The petitioner is an erstwhile employee of the Co-operative Society. During the service, he came across the illegalities committed by the Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Sub Registrar of Co-operative Society, Uthamapalayam, Theni District. In this regard, he sent a representation to the respondents 1 & 2 on 27.05.2019. Consequent upon that, the petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction directing the official respondents to conduct enquiry upon the complaint sent by him under Section 182 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Now that, the respondents have received the complaint. The respondents, at their discretion, will look into the matter and
take appropriate decision as to whether the allegations made by the petitioner requires enquiry or not. Apart from this, no further direction need to be given.
4.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
