Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose the petitioners application No.2025/0154/34/603791 dated 15.05.2025 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.05.2025 and for other reliefs. ORDER
The Writ petition is filed seeking direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application No.2025/0154/34/603791, dated 15.05.2025.
2. The petitioner has submitted a representation before the first respondent, dated 15.05.2025, seeking issuance of separate Patta in his favour based on the sale deed, dated 29.10.2018. The petitioner has also filed an online application on the same date in application No.2025/0154/34/003791 and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
4. The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that there is a title dispute with regard to the claim made by the petitioner in respect of the subject property. Therefore, objection has raised by the second respondent shall be heard by the first respondent before considering the petitioner's application. 2/4

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner in application No.2025/0154/34/003791, dated 15.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the second respondent.
