Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUDALAIYANDI.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10070 of 2024, dated 08.07.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Balaviduthi Police Station, Karur, daily at 10.30 a.m.,for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when require for interrogation. All other conditions in the said order, dated 26.03.2024, shall remain unaltered.
