According to the petitioner, he has made a representation before the second respondent challenging the election held on 20.03.2016.

2. Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the above election conducted on 20.03.2016 was set aside by the Wakf Board and fresh election was conducted on 30.09.2016.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is having any grievance over the second election, dated 06.10.2016, it is open to him to challenge the same, if he is so advised. No Costs.
