ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The writ petitioner joined the respondent corporation as Junior Engineer in the year 1985. He retired from service on 30.08.2022 as Deputy Manager. The petitioner claims that the retirement benefits payable were not computed by taking into the 7th Pay Commission Revised Wages. This assertion made by the petitioner is not controverted by the respondent corporation.
3.I, therefore, direct the respondents to disburse the differential arrears by computing the petitioner's last dawn wages in terms of the 7th Pay Commission Revised Wages within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent are also directed to pay interest at the rate of 6% per annum. 2/4
