ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused Nos.2 & 3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 9, 39(1) and 50 of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972, in WLOR No.4 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.11.2021, the petitioners and others were hunted a male peacock. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The first accused was arrested and only on his https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

confession, this petitioners have been implicated and pray the petitioner to be released on anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that there are three accused in this case. The first accused was arrested and confession was also recorded and pray the petition to be dismissed.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
