ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual offences Act and 417, 376, 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.7 of 2014, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the victim girl loved each other for more than two years. The petitioner had given a false promise to marry her and had sexual intercourse with the victim. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. On perusal of the documents submitted by the petitioner dated 06.12.2014, there was a compromise deed between the petitioner's family and the defacto complainant's family. It is seen that the petitioner willing to marry the victim girl after attaining https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

majority. Further, it is also seen that the F.I.R, as against the other accused persons are concerned quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD)No.23343 of 2014.

5. In the above circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned District Sessions Judge (Mahil Court), Ramnad District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
