Respondents in both petitions COMMON PRAYER:- Writ Petitions - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to cancel all the proceedings with regard to the tender/auction in respect of granting leasehold right to Item Nos.3 (Ram Nagar Daily Vegetable Market) and 4 (Ram Nagar Fish Market) pursuant to the 1st respondent notification in MaVa/2418/19 published in Dinamalar Daily dated 12.07.2019 and consequently direct them to hold a fresh tender/auction for the said item after following the procedure scrupulously. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Anand For Respondents : Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen (in both petitions) COMMON ORDER Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, learned counsel who accepts notice for both the respondents states on instructions that the proceedings for auction as regards Item Nos.3 and 4, which concur the present petitioners, have been dropped for the present.
