ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., in Crl.M.P.No. 58/2026 dated 13.05.2026 on the file of the Vacation Sessions Judge, Theni. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the rival submissions made by either side, the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Theni, in Crl.M.P.No. 58/2026 dated 13.05.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact. 08.06.2026 tta 2/4
