ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.147 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the offence which is said to have been committed by the petitioner is a bailable offence.
