ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA J.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the third petitioner was a minor at the time of filing MCOP and during pendency of the said MCOP, she had attained majority and thereby seeking permission to withdraw her share.

2.In view of the above, the third petitioner/claimant is permitted to withdraw her share of 50% of the deposited amount with proportionate interest and costs. 3.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
