After the first respondent went missing, at the instance of her mother Chandrajothi, a woman missing complaint was lodged before the second respondent. Crime No.632 of 2024 was registered. It appears that this FIR was closed as the first respondent was traced. The second respondent is directed to reopen the said case and take all possible steps to trace the first respondent herein. This direction will continue to be in force till the first respondent is secured and produce before this Court.

2. In view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.4544 of 2025, this contempt petition is closed. For reporting compliance, this case shall be listed after the contemnor is secured. 15.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No PMU 2/4
