Now the amount has also been settled under acknowledgment. In view of the above said settlement between the parties, now the matter can be disposed of. As per the memo filed by the 2/5
revision petitioner herein the respondent may take steps to get the following documents returned from the Sub Court, Theni, in O.S.No.264 of 2015. 1)Order of assignment in favour of Devaraj (Na.Ka.A 2784/1974), 2) Sale Deed dated 19.12.1995, executed by Devaraj in favour of Bose, 3) No Objection Certificate issued by Periyakulam Tahsildar, 4) Legal Heirship Certificate of Devaraj. 3.Another document namely, the Sale Deed dated 15.02.2011 executed by Jeyaraman and Muthulakshmi in favour of Poonga in respect of 1322-3/4 sq. of land in S.No.2335/1 of Melmangalam Village is with the respondent. The respondent shall hand over the above said document to the revision petitioner after getting proper acknowledgment. 4.With the above said, these civil revision petitions stand disposed of. The above said memo shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 11.12.2024 NCC :
