O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. According to the petitioner, the second respondent is the wife of the petitioner and based on the complaint given by the second respondent, the first respondent police, under the guise of conducting enquiry, harassing him. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, the first respondent police is conducting enquiry and the complaint has been closed as a matrimonial dispute.

4. Considering the fact that already the complaint given by the second respondent has been enquired into and closed, no further order is necessary in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed.
