ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as a timber merchant. According to the petitioner, he has four previous cases and he got acquiital in all cases. Evenafter the petitioner acquitted in all the cases, the second respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and his family members, without any complaint against him. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with this Criminal Original Petition.

Crl.O.P(MD).No.13801 of 2020 submit that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy vide H.S.No.21 of 2001. He would further submit that the petitioner has nine previous cases against him and therefore, the matter has been referred to RDO. He would further submit that the RDO proceedings against the petitioner is pending. There is no such harassment as contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the matter has been referred to the RDO, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
