ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. According to the petitioner, the petitioner has a share in the disputed property. He filed a suit for partition in O.S.No.66 of 2013 on the file of the District Court, Dindigul and also obtained an order of interim injunction against the cosharers, not to alienate the properties. Pending suit, the other co-sharers are trying to transfer patta in their favour, in which the petitioner has filed objection petitioner, objecting the transfer of patta.

4. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar without considering the objection raised by the petitioner, is likely to transfer in favour of the co-sharers. Hence, he has filed this Writ Petition.

5. Since the petitioner has already filed an objection petition, the second respondent is directed to consider his objection while passing orders on the application filed by the other co-sharers for transfer of patta and pass suitable orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
