O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to give permission with protection to conduct the cultural function Aaadal-Paadal at Thirukkalampur School Ground Public Stage in connection with the Pongal Festival of Arulmigu Sree Kodiyeriyamman Temple, Thirukkalampur, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukkottai District, scheduled on 16.05.2017 based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the festival of the said temple is scheduled to be held on 16.05.2017. The petitioner and other villagers have decided to organise "Aadal Padal programme" in Thirukkalampur School Ground Public Stage, in connection with the Pongal Festival of Arulmigu Sree Kodiyeriyamman Temple, Thirukkalampur, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukkottai District therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation, dated 28.04.2017, to the respondents, requesting them to grant permission therefor. Since no order has been passed on the said representation, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition, for the above mentioned relief.

Learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents, submitted that the respondents have no serious objection to grant permission to conduct "Aadal Padal programme" in Thirukkalampur School Ground Public Stage, in connection with the Pongal Festival of Arulmigu Sree Kodiyeriyamman Temple, Thirukkalampur, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukkottai District. His submission is placed on record. 4.
Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court passes the following order:- "The 2nd respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct "Aadal Padal programme" in Thirukkalampur School Ground Public Stage, in connection with the Pongal Festival of Arulmigu Sree Kodiyeriyamman Temple, Thirukkalampur, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukkottai District, subject to the following conditions:
i)The event shall be conducted in an organised and peaceful manner without causing law and order problem. ii)There shall not be any obscene or vulgar scenes during the dance performance by any one of the participants or others.
iii)The dance performance shall be restricted between 6.00 p.m and 11.00 p.m. on 16.05.2017.
iv)If there is any violation of the above said conditions, the 2nd respondent or the duly authorised officer is entitled to take necessary action as per law and stop such performance.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
