This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct Kabadi Torunament Scheduled to be held on 03.08.2019 to 04.08.2019 in the name of the Vijay Raja brothers Kabadi Kulu at Veeranginallur, Somarasampettai, Trichy District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2019.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondents.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to to conduct Kabadi Torunament Scheduled to be held on 03.08.2019 to 04.08.2019 in the name of the Vijay Raja brothers Kabadi Kulu at Veeranginallur, Somarasampettai, Trichy District, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner made a representation on 26.07.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
