PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the O.S.No.21 of 2018 within a definite time framed by this Court.

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.21 of 2018 within time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that the suit in O.S.No.21 of 2018 is filed in the year 2018 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case.

3.Since the suit in O.S.No.21 of 2018 is of the year 2018, the Family Curt, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.21 of 2018, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
