ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members on the guise of the enquiry and not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police has registered a case in crime No.1508 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC. 3.In view of the above, question of 'not to harass' does not arise. If any direction is issued by this Court, at this stage, it will amount to interference in investigation. The petitioner is at liberty to seek her remedy before the appropriate forum.
