O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. It is stated in the affidavit that the petitioner herein is husband of the fourth respondent herein and their marriage was solemnized in the year 2018. It is further stated that, due to some matrimonial dispute between them, the fourth respondent/wife has preferred a complaint against the petitioner/husband and based on a complaint given by the fourth respondent, the third respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court seeking direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, petition enquiry has been conducted by the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
