Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.1978 of 2020 before the competent Court within a time stipulated by this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the FIR in Crime No.1978 of 2020 is pending without filing the final report till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the Final Report is made ready on 19.10.2020 and prays four weeks time to file the same.

5. Considering the submission, the respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.13933 of 2020 file the Final Report in Crime No.1978 of 2020, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
