For Petitioner : Mr.S.Devaraj (in both petitions) COMMON ORDER The petitioner is the defendant in O.S.No.225 of 1999. He suffered an ex-parte decree. To set aside the same, he filed an application. However, there was a delay. To condone the same, I.A.Nos.476 & 477 of 2009 were filed and the same are still pending. 2.Therefore, the Court below is directed to dispose of the I.A.Nos.476 &477 of 2009, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Execution Petition shall be put on hold till their disposal. 3.Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
