However, there was a delay. To condone the same, I.A.Nos.476 & 477 of 2009 were filed and the same are still pending. 2.Therefore, the Court below is directed to dispose of the I.A.Nos.476 &477 of 2009, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Execution Petition shall be put on hold till their disposal. 3.Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
