PRAYER :- To modify the condition No.B imposed in Crl.OP(MD).No.8927 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.B imposed in Crl.OP (MD).No.8927 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an anticipatory bail application before this Court on 20.05.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD). No.8927 of 2025. The said anticipatory bail petition was heard and on 21.05.2025, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said anticipatory bail order, Condition No.6(b) as follows: ''(b). The petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.''
3. He further submits that the petitioner is working as a daily wage labour and due to the said condition, the petitioner could not go to work regularly and the said condition is affecting his livelihood. Hence, the petitioner seek indulgence of this court by modifying the said condition imposed against him. Hence, he prays for 2/4
modification of the said condition.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to modify the Condition No.6(b) in the order made in Crl.O.P (MD).No.8927 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025. Accordingly, Condition No.6(b) is modified as ''(b). This petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06.00p.m. until further orders.''. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
