This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith remove the name of the petitioner from the history sheet maintained on the file of the fourth respondent and drop the same.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would

submit that though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2016.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
