To set aside the order passed by the learned II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.2806 of 2018, dated 17.09.2018 and enlarge the appellant on bail in P.R.C.No.68 OF 2016 in Crime No.162/2015 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.KARUNANITHI, for MR.R.ARAVINDRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner herein has filed a bail petition and the same is pending. Pending disposal of the bail petition, he has sought for interim bail for one day to attend his daughter's seemantham to be held on 10.10.2018 at his native village.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent took notice and after getting instructions from the police concerned, has submitted that there is life threat to the petitioner herein and it is not conducive for the petitioner herein to visit his native place at this juncture.
